Auschwitz-Birkenau (1941 - 1945) was the largest concentration camp established by the Nazi regime and it has now become the symbol of Holocaust. Created formally as a concentration camp for Polish political prisoners, it became in fact the centre for the extermination of European Jews.

At the end of the war, the SS made great efforts to destroy what remained of the camp, burn the archives, and murder all the people they referred to as the „Bearers of Secrets”. However, they did not manage to destroy everything; evidence, witnesses, and memory still exist.

We'll pick you up form the hotel or any given address. After seeing Auschwitz I you will also visit nearby Birkenau Camp, where you'll be taken by our driver who will be at your disposal during the whole tour.

After the tour you will be taken straight to your accommodation in Wroclaw.
